Q: Can I return or exchange products directly to The Bumble Collection?

We ask that all returns/exchanges be handled directly through the retailer the item was purchased from.
Q: How do I become part of The Bumble Collection's mommy focus groups?
A:
We are very proud that part of our design process includes input from mothers who test our products before going into full production. To help take part in our design process, please fill out the mommy application to become part of our focus groups, to ensure all of the Bumble Collection's products meet "mommy approval". Q: How do I clean my changing pad?
A:
Your changing pad can be machine washed on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.
Q: How do I attach my car seat cover canopy?
A:
Remove existing canopy by sliding it off the pre-existing plastic arch. Most car seat manufacturers design this plastic arch to come apart at the sides of the car seat (where they originate) while others design them to separate at the middle of the arch. To determine whether your car seat canopy comes apart in the middle, slide the existing cover over to one side of the midline arch. If there is a break in the middle of the arch then separate and slide off existing canopy. If there is no break in the arch, then the plastic arch must come apart on the sides of the car seat, where they originate. Please consult your car seat manufacturer's instruction booklet for detailed info.

Q: May I purchase replacement straps or additional changing pads from The Bumble Collection?
A:
We are always happy to provide customers with replacements parts to extend the life and use of our products. If you would like to purchase replacement parts such as straps or changing pads, please contact us at info@bumblecollection.com.
Q: How do I clean my diaper bag?
A:
Since each bag is designed with our signature water and stain resistant fabrics, your diaper bag can be spot cleaned with warm water and lay flat to dry. Please do not place these items in the dryer. Note: Our newly revised bags are machine wash on gentle cycle - lay flat to dry. If you are uncertain if your bag is newly revised, please feel free to contact us directly.
Q: How do I clean my car seat cover?
A:
Your car seat cover can be machine washed on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Please do not place the car seat covers in the dryer.
Q: What if my bag becomes damaged?
A:
We prefer to handle all damages directly. Please contact us so we can issue you a return authorization (RA) number. Once you receive this authorization, you send us your bag and we will let you know if it is repairable. If it is not repairable a replacement a replacement will be made. Please note that any product sent back without a RA number, will be not be accepted by our shipping department and will automatically be sent back.
